Operations started with Management Consulting and Information Technology Services. • Digitization and archiving of rare books of library of Calcutta University. Over 4 million pages digitized.
• Digitization of manuscripts and negative slides of Anthropological Survey of India
• Digitization of nearly 2 million Customer Application Forms (CAF’s) for Airtel (DPS).
• Creation of online repository of rare books and journals for one of the world’s leading publishers, Taylor and Francis (U.K), where 5 million pages were digitized and XML conversion completed, with word co-ordinate feature.
• Pre and Post examination processing of confidential recruitment examination for nearly 5 million applicants of Eastern Railways over a 5 year period. Currently processing pre and post examination process for West Bengal State Co-operative Service Commission.
• Digitisation of records of High Court Kolkata, BSI Kolkata, Indian Railways, National Census Directorate, WEBEL, etc.-
• E book conversion services including E-Pub conversion, for leading overseas clients like SPI Global as well as Indian organisations including CDAC.

• Development, Enhancement and Maintenance of CRM solutions for one of the largest campaign management provider in Vietnam catering services to the major banks, insurance and finance houses. The solution has been developed using Open ERP framework capable of handling large volume of transactions per day. The technology used for this account is Python, PostgreSQL along with ERP framework comprising of HRMS and FMS
• Implementation of business decision enablement for Vietnam based large CRM solution provider using BI tools. ETL and Data warehouse has been implemented to capture real-time transaction in the staging area
